Emotional pain play

Just like with physical pain, some people enjoy more intense versions of emotional pain play, while others enjoy less intense ones. It can be that for some people mild emotional pain doesn’t quite evoke the desired effect, or that they enjoy the more exquisite clenching of the gut. Whereas for others even the mildest activities will produce strong reactions. What does it for one, will not necessarily do it for another, top or bottom, dominant or submissive.

We will discuss the following issues;

How to identify and communicate our own needs of emotional pain play?

How to plan and execute a play session that would evoke a specific set of emotions, i.e. shame, guilt, humiliation or embarrassment, rather than unplanned and unpredicted ones?

How to predict the influence of our actions and words on our partner?

How do to negotiate and provide aftercare for such a scene?

How to make sure that a play scene like this doesn’t unintentionally hurt my own feelings?

How do to prevent the actions and words uttered and the resulting emotions from leaking into our relationship and ruining it in the process?

All this and much more in this skillshare.

This skillshare is appropriate for:

Couples or singles who are interested in emotional pain play on any level.
