All deliveries are through a private courier and require a physical address. WE CANNOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES.

Orders will be dispatched in less than 2 business days. If circumstances prevent this, we will contact you ASAP

All items arrive in unbranded, non-descript parcel packaging. The delivery label will list the sender as “KZ Creations”

You will receive tracking details and delivery notifications directly from the courier company.

Online orders will appear on your bank statements as “KZFLY”

There is no GST included on our sales as we do not sell enough products to meet GST thresholds.

Breakages are very rare, but they do occur. If a breakage is due to material quality (vary rare) or workmanship (even rarer) we can offer a refund. As most items are one-offs, we’re rarely able to offer a replacement.

We do not offer returns if you change your mind.

At present, we do not offer commissions for custom items.
